- be transmitted in a fraction of a second over the net. Adding a 30 to 50
- kilobyte pix to the message that will take many seconds to send and
- possibly even minutes on the recipients machine, on his phone bill to
- download is absolutely assinine. Run my phone bill up with something like
- that, and I'll pgp a major 3 negabyte program and mail it to you MIME'd.
