  19. Whatinhellfor? This msg will contain no more than 2000 characters and can
  20. be transmitted in a fraction of a second over the net. Adding a 30 to 50
  21. kilobyte pix to the message  that will take many seconds to send and
  22. possibly even minutes on the recipients machine, on his phone bill to
  23. download is absolutely assinine.  Run my phone bill up with something like
  24. that, and I'll pgp a major 3 negabyte program and mail it to you MIME'd.
